I have been a patient of Smith family Dentisry for over 25 years. Through those years, I attended appointments in their St. Catharines location, I live in Fort Erie. When you find someone good you stick with them. All of my children were also patients, two still are. My eldest used to tell everyone that they were the no hurt dentists. LOL They now have branched out to Ridgeway, I was there today to see Dr. Dan Izzo. I must say I was very pleased. Not only did I not have to drive as far, but the care given during my procedure was excellent, as always, and yes, they are still the no hurt Dentists.Posted on GoogleD Kehoe2026.09.21.I’ve tried a few different dentists over the years, and Smith Family Dentistry is by far a cut above the rest. Allie, one of the kindest and most fun hygienists I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with, introduced me to other members of the team, and everyone went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Their pricing is flexible and affordable, which was a huge plus for me. During my initial consultation, I mentioned some dental glue that had been left on my teeth for years. They took the time to address it, and when the orthodontist worked alongside Allie, they were even able to combine the cost of removing it with my cleaning without additional charge. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever left a dentist feeling this good or smiling this big and proudly. The entire team made what could have been an uncomfortable experience genuinely enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend Smith Family Dentistry to anyone looking for a dental office where you’re treated like a person rather than just another appointment. I have been a patient recently and for sometime in the past they're always accommodating and very understanding wiling to listen and do a quality job for a healthy smile. My guy Doc Izzo! But, today I had a appointment for an extraction. I arrived as normal at my expected time. As I was parking my tie rod in my car blew outside their office. The amount of support I got from the staff was overwhelming one of them her name is Stephanie was kind enough to send me an Uber to get back to my car after i left it there thinking it was safe causing no obstructions. My problem was that I am in a position financially I was at the point where I was gonna let it get towed and deal with it later. Thankyou st catharines parking enforcement. I was basically in submission but, Stephanie helped me out tremendously made it possible to keep my vehicle safe and eventually get it home. Everyone made it possible for me today. That car is my lifeline. Also, there's another blonde girl she was sweet and helpful in the morning I didnt get her name. Also, when I returned I believe Ireland her name is. She was tremendously supportive. I realize that its not their responsibility to help me out or be so kind. But I am forever grateful to the people and smiths family dentist. I highly recommend you use them for your future orthodontist appointments. As you wont be disappointed.
